Liebe tanzen
auf der Suche nach Freiheit und Verbundenheit
mit Silvana Del Rosso und diesmal Anir Leben
Eine Mischung aus WORKSHOP und TANZABEND, bei dem du sein darfst, wie du bist.
Wie würde es sich anfühlen, wenn wir zusammen kommen, uns in die Augen sehen, uns begegnen und berühren, ohne Angst zu haben, dass etwas passiert was wir nicht wollen? Wir sind da mit allem was in uns ist: wild, sanft, frech, neugierig, zurückhaltend, spielerisch! Und damit zeigen wir uns!
Es gibt für den Abend zwei Vereinbarungen:
1. Wir sind ehrlich zueinander, d.h. wir folgen unseren Impulsen und zeigen unsere Grenzen! Mit dem Ampelcode kannst du jederzeit in einem kurzen Wort sagen, was du willst und von deinem Gegenüber klare Botschaften erhalten:
GRÜN: Mache gerne mit dem weiter was du tust! Du kannst es auch noch intensivieren!
GELB: Das was du tust ist okay, aber bitte intensiviere es nicht! Mach eher etwas
langsamer oder halte inne!
ROT: Höre mit dem auf, was du gerade tust und gehe für einen Moment ganz aus der
Berührung! Danach können wir neu in die Begegnung starten!
2. Nichts von dem, was wir an diesem Abend tun, hat bindende Konsequenzen für die Zukunft, d.h. wenn wir miteinander tanzen, heißt das nicht, dass wir uns küssen. Und wenn wir uns küssen, heißt das nicht, dass wir Telefonnummern tauschen oder miteinander nach hause gehen oder heiraten oder Kinder bekommen – es bedeutet nur, dass wir beide gerade Lust haben uns zu küssen – nichts anderes!
So können wir Gier und Angst loslassen und gemeinsam ins Hier und Jetzt eintauchen! Jeder Mensch in diesem Raum ist ein Geschenk für die anderen – so wie sie oder er ist – in aller Verrücktheit, Verspieltheit und Einzigartigkeit! Wir feiern dich und alle anderen, die Erde und die Verbundenheit unter uns allen!

Silvana tanzt für ihr Leben gerne und ist als Conscious Dance DJ bei verschiedenen Veranstaltungen aktiv.

Um Dich auf diese Reise zu Dir selbst zu bringen, von wo aus die Verbindung zu Anderen natürlich entsteht, folgt Silvanas DJ-set meist einer Welle, führt Dich durch alle Arten von Musik, die Dein Herz berühren, die Energie durch Deinen Körper strömen und Dich vor Freude springen lassen.

MODERATION
Anir ist eine erfahrene Lehrerin und Zeremonienmeisterin, die seit 2007 Menschen zu mehr Embodiment, Stimme und Lebendigkeit führt.
Sie studierte Tanz, Improvisation und Performance, unterrichtete Contact Improvisation, gründete und moderierte die „ScoreJAM Berlin“, leitete Singing Circles und Zeremonien, gab Konzerte, verheiratete Menschen als „Priesterin der wilden Herzen und der freien Selbstliebe“ und gründete die „Earthmothers“, eine Reise für Frauen ohne Kinder, sowie „At.tune“, ein Lernretreat rund um das spannende Nervensystem.
Seit sie 2023 ihre wichtigste reguläre Conscious Dance-Zeremonie „AbunDance“ pausierte, konzentriert sie sich auf 1:1-Coachings und Zeremonien persönlich und online, wo sie ihr Fachwissen als frisch zertifizierte VITA-Coach für Sex, Liebe und Beziehungen einfließen lässt.

DANCING LOVE
on the quest for freedom and connection
with Silvana Del Rosso and this time Anir Leben
This event is a mix between a WORKSHOP and a DANCE RAVE, during which you are invited to just be - be just the way you are.
How would it feel if we got together, to look into each other’s eyes, to face and touch each other, without the fear of unwanted things happening to us?
We are present and invite every feeling that is within us: wild, gentle, rascally, curious, cautious or playful! With all of this, we are showing ourselves to each other!
For the evening we have TWO AGREEMENTS, which we shall all agree upon:
1. We are honest with each other; we show our impulses as well as we are setting our boundaries!
GREEN: Continue doing what you are doing! You may also intensify if you want!
YELLOW: What you are doing is okay, but don't intensify! Please do it slower or stay there for a moment!
RED: Stop doing what you are doing! Go out of contact for a moment and say „Thank you“. After that we can start something new.
2. Nothing off what we do during this evening has any binding consequences for the future. That is to say, if we dance together it doesn’t mean that we are going to kiss each other. And if we kiss each other it doesn't mean that we exchange phone numbers or that we will go home together, get married or are going to have kids – it simply means, that in this moment we want to kiss each other – nothing else!
If we follow those two agreements, we can let go of greed and fear and can just dive into the experience of the now! Every human being in this room is a gift for all others – exactly the way he or she is – with all the craziness, playfulness and individuality! We are celebrating you and every one, mother earth and the connection between all of us!

is an experienced Facilitator and Mistress of Ceremony guiding people into embodiment, voice and ritual since 2007
She graduated in dance, improvisation and performance, taught Contact Improvisation, founded and hosted the "ScoreJAM Berlin", guided Singing Circles and Ceremonies, gave Concerts, married people to themselves as the "Priestess of wild hearts and free self-love" and founded the "Earthmothers", a quest for women without human children as well as "At.tune", a learning retreat around the Nervous System.
Since pausing her main regular Conscious Dance Ceremony "AbunDance" in '23 she's been focusing on 1:1 Coachings and Ceremonies in person and online where she infuses her expertise as a freshly certified VITA Coach for Sex, Love and Relationships.
