License Law for Agents and Brokers

Free Real Estate CE Credits - 3.0 hours

 Real Estate agents are required to take one CE class pertaining to License Law in order to renew their license. This is required by GREC.

• The effects on license status by a licensee of prohibited conduct
• Requirements of a qualifying broker and an affiliated licensee upon transfer of a license from one firm to another
• Requirements of a qualifying broker and affiliate licensee concerning trust or escrow accounts
• Unfair trade practices prohibited
• Broker relationships
• Management responsibilities of real estate firms
• Advertising
• Handling real estate transactions
• Licensees acting as principals
