Come enjoy an afternoon/evening of tattooing fun to celebrate and support the Memphis Public Libraries! All tattoos $100 donation (unless otherwise specified) to the Memphis Library Foundation to support MPL programs, collection and building enhancements, and resources that are all free to every Memphian.We will also have live music, temporary tattoos, a face painter, food trucks, and so much more! Open to the whole family but permanent tattoos only to those 18 and up.
