Libra New Moon Sound Journey and Inner and Outer Balance Meditation
During this session, you will:
Learn about the balancing techniques: integrating and balancing all chakras, allowing energy to flow freely.
Personalized Chakra Reading: Receive a full chakra reading to identify areas of imbalance and blockages.
Individualized Sound Healing: Experience the healing power of sound as tuning forks are played to address your specific needs.
New Moon Ritual Guide: Journaling identifying emotions, manifestation, visualization.
Guided Meditation: Balance Meditation and journey through sound enhanced with different frequencies from crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid and merkaba, solfeggio tuning forks, and Tibetan standing foot bowl to align all chakras and promote inner peace and grounding.
Optional Tarot Reading after our journey.
Inner and Outer Balance: Center around balance, harmony, and relationships.
During this meditation we will focus on finding equilibrium in your life—between work and personal life, rest and action, or giving and receiving. Visualize a set of scales balancing, representing harmony in all aspects of your life.
Location:
Redwood Cooperative School Gym. Walk to the left of the first building. Look for Magical Willow directional signs to find us. The gym door is the second building, someone will greet you at the door. You may park in the parking lot by the fences or on the side road.
