This practice is not simply about relaxation. It is an invitation to soften the armor we may have developed over time, to deepen our breathing, and to reconnect with the heart center as a place of openness, vitality and compassion.

About Naoli Vinaver
Naoli Vinaver is an internationally respected Mexican midwife, anthropologist, educator, and founder of The Art of Birth.
For more than 35 years she has accompanied women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and profound life transitions. She has attended nearly 1,800 home births and has taught in more than 40 countries, inspiring thousands of birth workers, therapists, and women to reconnect with the intelligence of the body and the sacredness of birth.
