LIBIDO: The Energy of Life | A 3-Day Immersion with Naoli Vinaver
Advertisement
September 4–6, 2026 | Hidden Villa, Los Altos Hills, California
What if libido is much more than sexuality?
What if it is the force that allows us to feel deeply, create, love, give birth, heal, dance, set boundaries, and fully inhabit our lives?
Join internationally respected Mexican midwife, anthropologist, and educator Naoli Vinaver for three immersive days exploring the wisdom of the female body and the return to our deepest Life Force.
Naoli has worked with women for more than 35 years, accompanying birth, healing, and transformation around the world. Her work, known as The Art of Birth, weaves together traditional Mexican midwifery, embodied practices, ritual, movement, bodywork, and profound respect for the intelligence of the human body.
This is not simply another workshop.
It is an invitation to remember what has always lived inside you.
⸻
THE JOURNEY
Day One
Remembering the Fire
From numbness to feeling
We begin by creating a safe and respectful container.
Together we explore Libido—not only as sexual energy, but as Life Force itself.
Through movement, breath, voice, partner practices, and Naoli’s original Rebozo techniques, we begin remembering the parts of ourselves hidden beneath shame, guilt, violated boundaries, and years of emotional suppression.
⸻
Day Two
Awakening the Fire
Liberating Life Force
The second day is devoted to the body.
Through traditional Mexican Sobadas, warm herbal oils, hot stones, womb and belly work, breast awareness, drum journeys, and Rebozo practices, we gently explore the places where life energy became frozen.
Together we meet grief, anger, violated boundaries, and the parts of ourselves that stopped belonging to us.
⸻
Day Three
Living the Fire
Pleasure as a Way of Life
The final day is devoted to integration.
Movement, dance, breath, celebration, ritual, and community come together in a powerful experience of returning home to ourselves.
The seminar concludes with the traditional Closing of the Bones ceremony and the Ritual of Inclusion into the Sacred Feminine.
