✨Welcome to your weekly Ecstatic Dance!
Libido Love💛is a chance to reconnect with your body, your pleasure and your playfulness - through music, movement, breath and a whole lot of fun.
Whether your libido feels loud and alive, or in need of a little attention, you’re welcome here - no matter your gender or dance experience.
We’ll start gently with a tuning meditation led by Sarah Bunker from Letter to my Libido. A moment to check in with your libido, what it needs and where you’d love it to go.
Then enjoy a juicy, heart-centred dance journey from Lady MacGyver - the kind that gets your head bopping, hips moving, feet stomping and maybe even your voice joining in.

✨Ecstatic Dance is free-form movement (no choreography), accompanied by a soundscape that follows a wave structure. We start out gently, warming bodies up and inviting you into the experience to come. The music then builds steadily, forming a peak of expression for you to go wild. We then expand into a flow state, before bringing you back down to land in a still, resonant space. A complete integrative experience for your body, mind and spirit.

Price: $25
Cash preferred, bank transfer available
✨Guidelines:
* Barefoot
* Wear loose clothing, layers are good for the cooler nights
* During the dance use your body to express, save the chats for after.
* Phone off
* Alcohol and drug free
* Self expression is celebrated and movement is medicine
