First Course choice of one (or $11 each):

                Liberty Salad

               Caesar Salad

               Brisket Chili

Second Course choice of one (or $32 each):

Traditional Turkey Dinner with sliced smoked turkey (light and dark meat) green beans chef’s stuffing mashed potatoes cranberry sauce and turkey gravy

Smoked Prime Rib with green beans mashed potatoes beef au jus and horseradish cream

Brisket or Pork Shoulder with green beans mashed potatoes mac and cheese baked beans coleslaw and cornbread

Third Course choice of one (or $12 each):

               Apple Pie

               Pecan Pie

               Pumpkin Pie

               Firecracker Shrimp — tempura battered shrimp with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce $15

Tavern Tots — Yukon potato hash cheddar and pepper jack cheeses and poblano cream $12
