Join us for an empowering and practical workshop where you'll learn some essential self-defence techniques to keep yourself safe. The instructor will walk you through the following topics:

1. What is self defence?

2. Combat psychology and body language.

3. Defence against 1 or 2 common front and side attacks.

4. Defence against 1 or 2 grabs/chokes/holds.

5. Drills/games (e.g. modified tag)

6. Q&A?

Your Comfort Comes First:

Participation is entirely up to you—join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Please bring any personal health items you may need (e.g., asthma inhaler), and inform the instructor of any injuries at the start of the session.

The workshop is limited to 20 participants, so register early to secure your spot!

If the event reaches capacity you will be able to join a waitlist. If a ticket becomes available, you will be contacted automatically with further instructions on how to purchase your ticket. No further action is required.
