Join us for The Liberation Space, a free community event created to offer healing, grounding, and reflection in response to the stress and challenges we face in today’s world. In this safe and supportive space, we will engage in a transformative sound bath explore the powerful work of Gil Scott-Heron’s The Revolution Will Not Be Televised, and dive into the message of his words and how they resonate in our lives today finally well a group hypnosis session focused on the liberation of the mind.

***This event is open to all and is pay-what-you-can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.***

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing to allow full relaxation and comfort.
• A yoga mat or bolster for support during the sound bath and hypnosis session.
• A journal and writing instrument to reflect on insights and experiences.

About the Facilitators:

Veronica Blair is a certified hypnotherapist and the founder of Millynnial Hypnosis. She is passionate about creating spaces for healing and growth, particularly for people of color, and specializes in helping individuals release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks through hypnosis.

Christine Joy Ferrer (TineJoy) is an INNER-disciplinary creative soul, curator of sacred wellness; sound therapy, music and movement medicine, teaching artist and healing arts facilitator - holding space for those who are ready to heal, alchemize and transform themselves and connect deeper to the Divine within.
