About the Workshop
There is tremendous power in movement, dance, and self-expression. To feel confident — even comfortable — in our bodies as women is both a joy and a deep homecoming.
Since our bodies tell our deepest truths – if we can learn to listen to it, the potential for inner growth is enormous.
Sensual dance is not about performance, it is about finding pleasure, acceptance and fulfillment in our own bodies. It helps us to unlock blockages and stagnated energies, especially in the pelvic area where women tend to accumulate many tensions.
Dancing in this way helps us to reconnect to our bodies, to become more present and feel joyful and alive!
In this workshop, you’ll be invited to explore your unique feminine expression, celebrate the beauty of authentic womanhood and transform the stories that dim your light.
To be seen, to be held, and to connect as spiritual sisters is medicine for a woman’s heart.

No dance experience is needed — come exactly as you are, and we’ll take good care of you. 💖
I’m Mille Walentini, a trained tantra teacher & psychotherapist, and I will facilitate the workshop with care and deep respect for your journey. You are in safe hands.
