In this workshop, you'll be guided safely through a breathwork journey, followed by grounding meditation. Breathwork is a tool to quickly shed old patterns, stories, and energies held in the body, bypassing the need to intensely interpret, diagnose, or relieve the past. It arises, you notice, you let go!

Through guided conscious connected breathing, you'll access your body's innate capacity to release patterns, emotions, and stories that no longer serve your highest expression. This practice is a form of self-revolution, a chance to shed layers and step more fully into your authentic power. Prior participants have described profound experiences and leaving the room floating on a cloud of calm and joy.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, seeking to break free from repetitive patterns, or simply wanting to explore what's possible when you give yourself permission to let go — this practice creates the space for emancipation.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Georgia Sinimbu spent years as an ecologist in Brazil's Amazon rainforest before moving to Portland, OR, where she committed to yoga as her path to healing and transformation. Teaching since 2016, she weaves lessons from nature into her classes through breath regulation, somatic movement, and flow yoga. Georgia is a certified breathwork facilitator, who completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, trauma-informed movement certification, and a 85-hour prenatal training, but her deepest education came from the courageous work of reclaiming her own body and life through daily activities.
