Join us for this interactive session where we get you started on the path to turn those insights into actions. We'll explore the tools you can take back into your organisation today to identify which levers you can pull to have the biggest impact.
We'll be joined by our special guest presenter, Nahtanha Davey from Port Macquarie Hastings Council. Nahtanha will share firsthand insights on how Council effectively implemented strategies following their Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF) self-assessment.

Meet our Special Guest
Nahtanha Davey (Executive Manager Transformation and Communication, Business and Performance, Port Macquarie Hastings Council) is a highly experienced executive and interim CEO with a strong track record of delivering outcomes for business transformation programs. Today, she is leading development and implementation of the transformation program to lift operations and service delivery to higher performance levels utilising the Australian Business Excellence Framework.
About LGEN (Local Government Excellence Network)
The Local Government Excellence Network (LGEN) is a networking and knowledge sharing forum which exists to promote collaboration between councils interested in pursuing Excellence. It is a space where members can get together, learn from each other, and explore topics of interest. The network meets on a bi-monthly basis to discuss a range of topics. There are about 50 Councils across Australia that are part of the network.
