**What to wear: loose fitting work out clothes�**What to bring: a bottle of water�**What to expect: A free, 101 course that does not include ground work - but is focused on natural body movements, where technique trumps strength, making it accessible and effective for everyone.�

Event Accessibility: Event will be mostly standing, accommodations made for those needing to sit - please let us know ahead of time if a chair / wheel chair will be present so that we can appropriately set the room. The Pride Center is wheelchair accessible with a water fountain and bathroom. Entrance is in the back from the "Wawa side".�
