Meet The Panelists
Susie Silver - Director of Client Success at The Diversity Movement
Justine Lindsay is the first ever openly transgender NFL cheerleader and represents an important moment for inclusivity and diversity in professional sports.
Collin Martin is a midfielder for North Carolina FC in the USL Championship. In 2018, Martin came out as gay, making him (at the time) the only out man in any of the big five American sports leagues or any top-division professional men's national soccer leagues. Martin, a former Wake Forest Demon Deacon, has continued to share his story and encourage inclusivity in soccer through his work with Common Goal's Play Proud program.
Kaleigh Kurtz is a defender for the North Carolina Courage of the National Women's Soccer League. Kurtz, who also played collegiate soccer for the Richmond Spiders and South Carolina Gamecocks, uses her platform to demonstrate and encourage allyship in the LGBTQIA+ community.
