Dear friends,Regretfully, we must postpone Camp Walter Scott’s LGBTQ+ Youth Retreat, originally scheduled for Labor Day Weekend 2024 (8/30-9/2) in St. Louis, MO.
This event was a first for us at Walter Scott, and we reached out to friends and partners across regional boundaries to help us create a meaningful retreat for LGBTQ+ youth. A core group of planners from the IL/W, MI, IN, Upper Midwest, and Mid-America regions worked diligently to plan and structure this event. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure the minimum number of youth registrations that would have allowed for a successful event.
However, we are not giving up! Our goal is to present this event again later in 2025. We will share information about the rescheduled event once those details have been finalized. In the meantime, please consider completing the following brief survey to help the planning team as we reschedule the event.
