Ali Keohane (Bio)

Ali (she/her) shares a rhythmic vinyasa style of yoga focusing on body and energy awareness through sensory journeys and intuitive movement. With a background in theatre and performance, she has been forever fascinated by somatic practices, psychology and learning about our unique nervous systems. Her classes bring an inclusive and playful approach to exploring mind, body and breath connection. She encourages yogis to get curious about their inner experience as she supports them to find their personal alignment for building strength, flexibility and mobility. Ali trained with Yogahub Dublin, and teaches regularly in their Camden Street and Phibsboro studios.
