All Ticket Sales Are Final: Participants unable to attend may transfer their ticket to a future event if the request is made at least five (5) days prior to the event date. Transfer requests made within five days of the event will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.

Drink Ticket Redemption: Once a participant has redeemed their complimentary drink ticket, they forfeit any eligibility for a refund, regardless of event circumstances.

Age Requirement & ID Verification: Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for the event: 21 years old for venues where alcohol is served, and 18 years old for venues without alcohol service (e.g., coffee shops or Doggie Dates). A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in in order to receive a drink ticket. Guests who do not present valid ID will not receive a drink ticket.

Responsible Consumption: Drink tickets are non-transferable and valid only during the event. Please drink responsibly.

Love on Draft events are designed to foster social connections and networking. However, Love on Draft makes no guarantees regarding the number of participants, gender balance, matches made, or compatibility outcomes. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release Love on Draft, its affiliates, employees, and venue partners from any liability related to event participation or resulting connections.

Love on Draft is not responsible for participant no-shows or uneven group ratios. Choosing to leave an event due to dissatisfaction with attendance or participant composition does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Respect Others: Treat everyone with kindness and professionalism. Aggressive, intrusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal.
• Consent-Based Interaction: Exchanging personal contact information should occur only with mutual consent. Unsolicited follow-up contact is prohibited.
• Behavior Expectations: Harassment, intimidation, or any behavior that makes others uncomfortable will result in a ban from future events.

Violation Consequences:
Violation of these policies may result in immediate removal without a refund. Love on Draft reserves the right to refuse service to any participant at its discretion.

The age ranges specified for each event serve as general guidelines. Love on Draft will not turn away participants based on age, gender, or gender identity, and does not verify such information at the event.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Love on Draft, its employees, representatives, and partners from any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation. Attendance is at your own risk.

By attending, you grant Love on Draft permission to capture and use your image and likeness in future promotional materials without further notice or compensation.
