Join us for a 2-hour LGBTQ+ basic self-defense seminar! Come learn basic self-defense tailored for people of all genders, including – grips, leverage, maintaining distance, and using everyday objects for defense, verbal de-escalation, maintaining spatial awareness, emergency response planning, and a Q&A session.
The goal of this seminar is for participants to leave with practical knowledge and confidence in self-protection.

- Joshua Janis Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Over a decade of grappling experience

Open to people of all genders, this class is designed to be an LGBTQ+ safe space, ages 13 and older.
