Welcome to OUT Sports League DODGEBALL!If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball. OUT Sports League provides fun, recreational, and social sports leagues to Central Florida's LGBTQ+ community. Our Dodgeball league is designed to be inclusive of people of skill levels and backgrounds. We use no-sting dodgeballs to create a fun, fast-paced environment. This season we will play outdoors, in a covered roller hockey rink at Barnett Park to take advantage of the beautiful weather. Due to the nature of the larger courts we will also continue to utilize the Neutral Zone style of play this season.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗙𝗧 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲, where we will select 8 captains (experienced players from the league) and have those players draft their teams. This means the league will be a cross between a REMIX and an Organized season, we expect it to be very social and fun!
𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝟭) 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗱𝘆 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Please ensure that if you register with a buddy that you each name each other during registration, chains of friends will not be permitted.

8 Week Dodgeball Draft Season
Mondays from January 27 - March 17
Games take place between 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- Teams are 16 players and are created through a Captain's Draft. All Skill Levels are welcome!
- Teams play 6-7 weeks of regular season games and 1-2 weeka of a playoff tournament.
- Teams play 2 matches each week. Play as many games possible within each 30 minute match.
- Players may request to be a Captain during registration, Captains will be selected on league seniority.
- Games are played 10v10 on the court with 5 no-sting rubber dodgeballs. All games are refereed.
- Due to the size of the courts we will once again utilize the nuetral zone style of play this season.

Yes, all teams have extra players on them just in case you're absent on a given week. Teams can also use substitute players.

During registration there is a field where you can list the friend(s) you want to play with and the league will place you together.
