LGBTQ+ Founder Network Edinburgh

What started as a small group of LGBTQ+ founder friends catching up has grown into something a bit bigger and now we’re opening it up to the wider community in Edinburgh.

For our September and October events we're are switching to our morning sessions*, rerturning to the fabulous team and surroundings of Seb's Urban Jungle Brunch Room on Leith Walk, an LGBTQ+ owned independent space in the city.

This is a relaxed, daytime social for LGBTQ+ business owners, startup founders, freelancers, and people building something of their own.

Some people come to talk business, some come for community, and most conversations end up somewhere in between. Good conversation with people who understand what it’s actually like to build something from scratch.

If you’re running a business, freelancing, scaling something, or quietly working on your next move, you’re welcome. If you’re simply at the stage of wanting to meet other LGBTQ+ people in business without the performance of “networking”, you’re welcome too.

We make introductions throughout the morning, so you won’t be left standing on your own.

Stay for a coffee or stay for the full two hours. Come on your own or bring another LGBTQ+ founder along if you’d like.

Event Cadence: LGBTQ+ Founder Network meets on the first Thursday of every month. Our usual three-month cycle consists of two morning sessions, 10am–12pm, followed by an evening session, 5pm–7pm, before the cycle repeats.
