• Guests are required to communicate with the host via our app
• The app is available to download on IOS and Android phones.

GOT MY TICKET! NEXT STEPS?

• Acknowledge and accept the Date Night Guidelines
• Acknowledge and accept Waiver
• Check in with host at least 2 days prior to Date Night

DATE NIGHT BONUS

• Receive $10 if the Date Night Guidelines are met.

WHAT IF MY DATE DOESN'T SHOW UP?

• You will receive a credit for another Date Night.

WAIVER:

Participants of this event agree to attend and participate at their own risk. Attendees agree to hold the host and its affiliates harmless and waive any and all liabilities and/or damages incurred as a result of attending this event.

CANCELLATIONS

There is a 100% order cancellation fee. Order cancellation fees include charges by Eventbrite for payment processing.

In addition to the cancellation fee, guests who cancel their order less than 24 hours before their confirmed date, at our sole discretion, may not be eligible to paired for a date in the future.

If guests do not acknowledge and agree to the Date Night Guidelines and Waiver at least two days prior to their Date Night and/or do not respond to our attempt to schedule their date, it will be considered an order cancellation and, these guests will not be eligible for a refund. At our sole discretion, these guests, may however, be eligible for a credit towards a new Date Night, if they agree to the Date Night.

REFUNDS

Due to the unique marketing requirements of this event, there are no refunds unless we 1) cancel the event or 2) we send you a confirmation stating we do not have a date for you on the Date Night you have selected or on one of your confirmed optional dates and times.

Refunds are processed as a credit, which can be applied toward a future Date Night. The credit will be valid for up to one (1) year.

Guests who have been issued a refund credit are asked to check in periodically for Date Night availability by e-mailing us. In addition, we will periodically reach out to offer Date Nights when matches are available to these guests. If after 3 months from the date of credit issuance, we have not reached out to extend a Date Night to these guests, a full refund to the original form of payment may then be requested by these guests, by e-mailing us.
