A Community Class for anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+. No previous yoga experience required. A great class to develop your knowledge and understanding of yoga.

This class will emphasise the fundamentals of yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing the class in a more challenging way. You'll learn how to work with movement and breath and understand proper alignment enabling you to build confidence in the postures.... and experience the wonders of yoga.

- Whitespace will provide any mats or props needed.
- Only £8 per person.
