About this Event
Lexington - Concord 250 trolley ride
Get ready for an awesome in-person adventure! Join us as we roll through the historic route from Lexington to Concord. Don't miss out on this chance to experience history on the trolley.
Why This Tour Sets the Standard for 2026
While other tours focus on the "what," we focus on the "who." By incorporating tactical demonstrations, tactile artifacts like replica musket balls, and dedicated Photo-First stops, this package offers the depth and interactivity that modern travelers crave for the nation's semiquincentennial.
The Immersive Experience
Commissioned Enlistment: Upon boarding, every guest receives a weathered Enlistment Paper and a Character Identity Card. You aren't just a tourist; you are assigned the persona of a real 1775 resident—a nervous tavern keeper, a defiant militia captain, or a resourceful farmwife—whose ultimate fate is revealed as the battle concludes.
- The "Witness" Narrator: Your guide is a costumed "Witness to History" who remains in character, sharing the raw anxiety of the midnight alarm and the adrenaline of the Battle Road skirmishes.
- Digital Time-Travel: Using our proprietary AR Digital Map, guests can point their smartphones at the modern landscape to see ghostly overlays of British battle lines on Lexington Green or the smoke of the "shot heard 'round the world" at the Old North Bridge.
The "Battle Road" Itinerary

- The Midnight Alarm: Trace the path of the riders to the , where the AR map reveals the hidden British patrol that ended Revere's ride.
- Living History at Hartwell Tavern: A dedicated stop to witness the "Manual Exercise" of arms and see the stone walls where the militia famously vanished into the landscape. Photo opp
- The Concord Defiance: Conclude at the , crossing the replica
- structure to stand exactly where the colonial militia first returned fire against the King’s troops. Photo opp
AR Digital Map Concept
Using a QR code on the back of the seat or the enlistment paper, guests can open a "Time-Traveler's View" on their smartphones.
- Lexington Green Overlay: When guests point their phones at the empty green, the AR displays a ghostly 3D line of Redcoats standing across from the militia. A digital marker appears over Captain Parker, and clicking it plays an audio clip of his famous commands.
- "Ghost Houses": At various points along Battle Road, the AR map can show houses that burned down in 1775 or military stores (like the cannons at Barrett's Farm) that are no longer there.
- The "Enemy Near" Radar: A simple digital compass on the map that shows how close the British column (represented by a red icon) would have been to the trolley’s current location at that specific time of day.
