Journey along the Lewis and Clark Trail as we visit the Pacific Northwest and experience a culinary experience including wild game.

The five course dinner will be paired with wines of Oregon and Washington State from the Chateau St Michelle winery.

These wines are some of the most extraordinary wines of the region.

This trip into the region is procured by Chef Mark Winters and hosted by Ram Cat Cellars wine specialists.
