Hybrid event hosted by the NavalX Mid-Atlantic Tech Bridge (MATB). Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) are a powerful contracting tool that more government stakeholders are leveraging to get technology into the hands of the warfighter faster. Their benefits include:
