A former Team Leader at Keller Williams and a seasoned Productivity Coach, Joy has guided hundreds of agents in building sustainable, high‑performing businesses. She later served as COO for a top‑producing Oakville team before joining eXp, where she now leads operations and agent development for Walter Galvao and Accelerate Realty.
