Your facilitators

We're Brooke Sheridan and Linda Li, and we lead this from lived experience, not theory. Brooke brings deep expertise in subconscious change, embodiment, and nervous system work. Linda brings years of experience helping high-performing people gain clarity and make value-led decisions in love, work, and life. Joining us is for the breathwork and sound healing.
