Are you ready to level up?! This new monthly class will have a focus on core work and strength building, helping you gain confidence to then explore some level 2 or more advanced yoga postures such as arm balances and inversions.This will be a fun and explorative class, open to those of you looking for a challenge but knowing that it is all a journey which takes practise and patience. Not suitable for beginners.
On Saturday 11th May I am offering a trial class, bookings now open.
