Women in Construction Week is a nationally recognized initiative celebrated across the country to honor the contributions of women in the built environment. Our event takes the national Women in Construction Week initiative and makes it locally relevant, spotlighting and celebrating the exceptional talent right here in Central Ohio. Aligned with the national theme "Level Up, Build Strong," our program highlights women's career growth, leadership, and impact across the entire built environment—from craft professionals to executive leadership, from design studios to project sites.

Networking & Relationship Building
