About this Event
The capstone of the improv program at Stomping Ground Comedy Theater, students will build upon the knowledge and skills from previous levels as they learn various show formats and the specific skills needed to perform them. In the second half of the class, the group will choose a format to rehearse and perform in a month-long run of shows on the SG mainstage. The prerequisite for this course is Level Five Improv at Stomping Ground or approval from the Training Center Director.
This course focuses on:
- Expanding Characters in La Ronde
- Using Entrances & Exits in Monoscene
- Creating Connecting Worlds in Close Quarters
- Additional Advanced Formats
- Rehearsing and Performing the Show
This is a 7 week recurring in-person course held Thursdays, 7-9PM CST starting Thursday, January 13th. The instructor is Lindsay Goldapp. All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable but enrollment can be deferred to a future class. All students must adhere to policies in the Stomping Ground Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older.
