Learn how to perform and teach the advanced exercises (Level 3) Comprehensive Level 3 training on Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, High/Low Chair, Barrels, Ladder Barrel, Power Circle, Ped’o’pol, Jump Board, Foot corrector, Sandbag and Towel.
Learn how to deliver Level 3 group Mat & Reformer classes.
Add on how to successfully deliver a Chair Class.
Improve your ability to see in the body and correct.
Benefit from personalised coaching aimed at accelerating practical skills.
Improve understanding of what movement quality is.
Develop your verbal cues and explore imagery.
Improve touch techniques and ability to apply specific spots.
Deepen knowledge on how to work with progression.
Solutions for working with Lower Body Alignment and Common Issues.

Module 1: September 26th & 27th 2026
Module 2: October 31st & November 1st 2026
Module 3: December 19th 2026
Prerequisites: Completion of PPC2 + Completion of Pre-Course Module 1 which is supplied upon sign up of course.
Certification Requirement: 100% Attendance • Passing Score on all Assessments • Submission of all logged hours Course Contact Hours: 40hrs over 3 modules (2 full weekends + 1 assessment day)
Home Study/Online Hours: 41hrs (approx)
Logged Hours: 60hrs broken down into . Observation 20hrs • Personal Practise 20hrs • Teaching Practise 20hrs
Total Cumulative Hours: 141 hours (approx)
A Level 3 Classical Comprehensive Certification will be awarded upon attending all modules, a passing score on all assessments and submission of 60 logged hours.
