About this Event
Ready to step out of your head and into the spotlight? In our Level 1 course, you'll learn the core principles of long-form, scene-based comedy while building confidence, creativity, and collaboration skills. Our instructors will help you silence your inner critic so you can think on your feet, embrace the unexpected, and have fun!
Whether you want to perform, sharpen your public speaking, step outside your comfort zone, or just meet great people, this class is for you. No experience necessary! Just bring an open mind and a willingness to play!
Student Perk: All active Station Theater students receive free admission to regular Friday & Saturday shows! (Pending ticket availability at showtime).
What You'll Learn
- The Core Tools: Master "Yes, and..." and "If This, Then What?"
- Active Presence: Practice active listening, staying in the moment, and getting out of your head.
