This 90-minute Aerial Sling/Hammock class is designed for students with some prior experience like a summer camp, a full semester or 6+ drop-in intro classes. This class will focus on building strength, control, and fluidity as you explore climbing, inversions, drops, and dynamic transitions in both apparatuses. This is a 9-Week course with no class the week of Thanksgiving.

The class begins with an Acrobatic Arts-inspired warm-up to prepare your body for the demands of aerial work, targeting flexibility, strength, and body awareness. From there, we’ll dive into silks and hammock techniques, helping you to strengthen your foundation while progressing to more complex aerial movements.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (avoid loose sleeves or pants). We require leotards and bodysuits as students progress into drops!
- A water bottle to stay hydrated with your first and last name on it.
- A strong mindset and a readiness to learn and challenge yourself!
This class is perfect for aerialists looking to refine their technique, explore sling/hammock work, and push their strength and flexibility to new heights. Get ready to soar, swing, and flow!
