Let’s TRI Together: A Multigenerational Beginner Triathlon Program

Thinking about doing your first triathlon, but feeling unsure where to begin?

Let’s TRI Together is RYPE’s beginner-friendly program designed to introduce women and adolescent girls to triathlon in a supportive, fun, and multigenerational environment.

Join us for an informational session where you’ll learn:

✔ What triathlon training looks like
✔ Program expectations and support
✔ Training schedule and timeline
✔ Equipment basics (and what you don’t need yet!)
✔ How RYPE helps you reach the start AND finish line

Ready to learn how to swim, bike, and run in succession? Think it might be cool to do this with your adolescent-age daughter? Little sister? Niece? Next door neighbor? Well then, this session is for you!

No triathlon experience required. Just curiosity and willingness to try something new.

• Program begins: June 14, 2026
• Group training sessions: Mondays -swim; Wednesdays - bike/run
• Skill clinics led by proven triathletes and community partners
• Supportive coaching & community environment
• Goal race: She Tris Huntersville, September 27, 2026
