The Let’s Talk About Sex Retreat is a one day experiential workshop in Dorchester, Dorset for individuals, couples or Therapists, taking place on Friday 16th August 2024. This is an intimate and expansive experience where we will be:
- Normalising the discussion of intimacy, bodies, sex and pleasure.
- Releasing any shame around talking about sex, intimacy and pleasure.
- Connecting to yourself and others through mindfulness practices and exercises.
The day will be a full day of rich discussions, exercises and techniques aiming to finish at 5pm. We’ll be talking all things sex & intimacy in the morning, with exercises, techniques and demonstrations taking place in the afternoon. There will be lunch chosen from a menu, and refreshments throughout the day, plus the chance to explore the beautiful botanical gardens.
Location: The Sculptures on the Lake, Pallington Lakes, Dorchester DT2 8QU
Arrive: Friday 16th August, 9.30am
Everything is included so all you have to focus on is getting yourself there and enjoying the time together!
