A Guided Evening of Rhythm & Connection

Join us for a welcoming evening of rhythm, movement, and shared experience.
Let’s Drum is a guided group percussion experience led by Linda Melchner, EdD, a HealthRHYTHMS® facilitator and certified drumming & sound practitioner, designed to help you reconnect with your natural sense of rhythm while supporting relaxation, creativity, and nervous-system balance.
You’ll be invited to explore a variety of percussion instruments placed in the center of the circle—drums, shakers, chimes, and more—while being gently guided through simple rhythms that build connection within the group and within yourself. No experience is needed.
This is not a performance.
It’s an experience.
Many participants are surprised by how grounding, energizing, and enjoyable group drumming can be.
Herbal tea will be available as you arrive to help you settle into the space before we begin.
Total investment $35
Pre pre-registration is:
$10 to reserve you spot and $25 at the door
