By dwelling on past harm done to us, blaming others and holding on to resentment we cause ourselves a lot of pain. In this half-day course we will explore how we can forgive others and ourselves, let go of what is already past, develop harmonious relationships and look forward to a positive and peaceful happy life.This course is suitable for everyone, beginners welcome.
