Embrace the dawn of a new tradition as we welcome the new year! Let us cast aside the shadows of negativity, self-doubt, toxicity, and anger that linger from 2024. Write your burdens upon a plate, then shatter it with a rubber mallet, releasing the weight of those emotions and awakening a vibrant new you! In harmony with Mother Nature, we shall use recycled sacks to cradle the fragments, ensuring a gentle farewell to what no longer serves us. Plates and markers will be provided for all participants, followed by a serene guided meditation to center our spirits.
