We will be joining together to write letters to our loved ones that we will one day leave behind. By opening this space, we will journey together through the reality that one day we won't be physically here to tell them all the things we want to. By leaving a hand written letter for them, you create an opportunity for them to connect with you however often they feel they need to and help them through their grieving process. From apologies to joyous memories, all words and emotions are welcome in this space of creation.
I invite you to bring a small package of tissues with you as this workshop brings up many emotions.

*Part 1 and Part 2 can be taken independently or as a 2 part series. You do not need to attend both but time has been given in between offerings to allow for emotional integration if you choose to attend both.
*Part 1 and Part 2 is offered twice, in 2 separate locations, Peru and Ottawa. Please ensure you signed up for the location you want.
**If attending in Peru, you may park in the community parking lot to the West of the building. This workshop will be offered in our Upstairs Community Space/ Yoga Studio.
**If attending in Ottawa, please enter the cemetery at the stone pillars and proceed straight up the 2nd hill towards the Mausoleum. You may park in front of the Mausoleum or to the East of the building in the parking spaces (limited). This workshop will be offered in the Chapel that is straight ahead when entering the building.
