Join us for a warm and introspective moment of sharing over tea, writing, and reflecting on the future. In this welcoming and friendly space, while enjoying a cup of tea, you will be invited to take a moment to write a message or resolution to your future self on a postcard. It could be a goal, a hope, or simply a reminder to keep in mind throughout the year.

At the end of the event, we will collect your postcards, keep them safe, and mail them back to you at the end of the year. In a few months, you will receive a special message from your younger self and the opportunity to reflect on the past year.

This is not a productivity workshop or a traditional resolution session. It is a creative and peaceful ritual, focused on the present moment, reflection, and relaxation. No need to share anything, no pressure to perform or be perfect.

All materials are provided. Tea will be available for purchase in the tea room.

Come alone or with a friend. Leave feeling grounded, clear-headed, and connected to the year ahead.

Débutez la nouvelle année en douceur et avec intention chez Au Goût Thé d’Antan.

Rejoignez-nous pour un moment chaleureux et introspectif autour d’un thé, pour écrire et réfléchir à l’avenir. Dans cet espace accueillant et convivial, tout en savourant une tasse de thé, vous serez invité·e à prendre un instant pour écrire un message ou une résolution à votre futur moi sur une carte postale. Il peut s’agir d’un objectif, d’un espoir, ou simplement d’un pense-bête à garder en tête tout au long de l’année.

À la fin de l’événement, nous collecterons vos cartes postales, les conserverons précieusement et vous les renverrons par la poste en fin d’année. Dans quelques mois, vous recevrez un message spécial de votre jeune moi et l’occasion de revenir sur l’année écoulée.

Il ne s’agit pas d’un atelier de productivité ni d’une séance de résolutions traditionnelle. C’est un rituel créatif et paisible, centré sur le moment présent, la réflexion et la détente. Nul besoin de partager quoi que ce soit, aucune pression pour être performant·e ou parfait·e.

Tout le matériel est fourni. Du thé sera disponible à l’achat dans le salon de thé.
