Lyndsae Peele, MBA PMEC, Kiva US Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Manager, is a results-driven finance coach, international speaker, author and black wealth advocate. She supports a portfolio of 35+ community-based Kiva lending partners (called Hubs) and their 40+ staff members (called Capital Access Managers) across the US and Puerto Rico. They aim to expand access to capital and drive financial inclusion with non-traditional, no-fee, no-interest, crowdfunded financing in their communities. She is also the Chief Wealth Officer of the award-winning financial services company, Kingdom Vision Consulting.

Alex Felton, is the VP and Senior Business Development Officer for Pursuit within the Chicago Illinois footprint. Alex has always been passionate about community and this opportunity presents him with a personal mission to serve and provide underserved and low to moderate business communities with loan capacity and empowerment. Alex brings his background in commercial and real estate banking with traditional banks and CDFI’s to introduce Pursuit to the Chicagoland lending landscape, bringing clear eligibility requirements and loan products for businesses in the region.

Emma Westfall, M.B.A. is Associate Director of Access to Capital at Women’s Business Development Center. Emma advises diverse entrepreneurs on capital options and prepares them to successfully navigate the capital landscape. Emma has worked diligently to revitalize WBDC’s Direct Lending Program, which offers business owners up to $50,000. Prior to joining WBDC, Emma worked in corporate retail inventory management and merchandising. She has extensive experience in corporate DEI initiatives and supplier diversity program management.

Samantha Graf, is Head of Customer Experience at Honeycomb Credit.
