Let's Walk Florida! Okaloosa County

Join us for a fun and invigorating 7 week challenge! Get motivated in the new year to lace up your sneakers and enjoy the fresh air as we work together to increase your physical activity level.

Mark your calendars for Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m., where you can check in our office for the latest information, report your progress, and enjoy a brief walk* around. Meetings will be held weekly from January 9 - February 13. Our final celebratory meeting will be on Monday, February 19th.

Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. Grab your friends, family, and neighbors, and let's hit the pavement together!

Walking is a great way to improve your overall health and well-being. It's not only good for your physical health, but it also helps clear your mind and reduce stress. Plus, it's a perfect excuse to explore Okaloosa County.

*Each participant is responsible for bringing their own snack/drink and wearing comfortable and safe clothing for the weather and time of day. Walks will be weather-dependent. No pets allowed.
