This event aims to create a safe space to learn directly from mental therapists and ask questions about how to enhance mental wellness. As a special treat, therapist, author, and social worker Markie Mitchell will be there to read and discuss her children's book on anxiety. Whether you're curious about general emotional wellness or want to know how to support a loved one, this discussion is for you. Let's break the stigma together and prioritize our well-being. No judgment, just understanding.
