October is Menopause Awareness month. This event is to share and chat about the changes that are happening and how to be kind to yourself. Meet other people to share your experience, laugh, cry we are here to help. Anita runs Menopause Medley after going through symptoms in lock down and the feeling of loneliness. Anita will share her story, support available and in an environment that is relaxed.

Georgia is CEO of Be The Best of You Clinic, you can have a look around the venue, treatment rooms and gain a further understanding of the benefits to a Hydrafacial. Our skin changes and especially with hormone level changing, this will really help hydrating our skin. We will talk about hair loss as this can be another symptom linked to hormone changes.
