Let's Talk About... Wellbeing

An evening to talk about mental health, held specifically for parents and those who care about young people. Join us on Monday 7th October at The Refinery Cafe as we dive deep into crucial topics, backed by research, and equip you with practical tips for supporting the young people in your life. Led by Golddigger Trust Founder and Creative Director, Amanda Toombs, and Chief Executive, Beth Stout, this event promises insights from their wealth of expertise.

Doors open 7.30pm, giving you ample time to grab a drink from the bar before we kick off at 8pm. Light snacks will also be available.
