Communication and relationships go hand in hand - and we’re moving in and out of both, all the time. Whether it’s chatting with someone at the grocery store, navigating a tough conversation with a coworker, planning life with a partner, or even the way you talk to yourself… it all matters.
In this introductory class, I’ll offer simple, practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and confident in how you communicate. We’ll spend time learning, practicing, and reflecting - so you can start applying these tools right away in your real, everyday relationships.
This isn’t about getting it “perfect.” It’s about becoming more aware, more intentional, and maybe even a little more courageous in how you show up in conversation.
Come join us for a discussion about discussing - talking about talking - communicating about communicating. It’ll be thoughtful, practical, and yes… fun.
