Let's Talk About It: Health of Human Relationships in the Age of AI
About this Event
ChatGPT is available 24/7. It can answer questions, help solve problems, and offer a space to think things through. But it can't replace the experiences that help us grow—navigating the messy, rewarding parts of being human.
Artificial intelligence is transforming how we live, work, learn, and communicate. More people are turning to AI for information, advice, brainstorming, problem-solving, and even emotional support. These tools are powerful, accessible, and increasingly woven into our daily lives.
But as AI becomes more integrated into society, an important question emerges:
What happens to our relationships if we stop practicing the skills that make us human?
Listening with empathy. Navigating disagreement. Reading body language. Sitting with discomfort. Building trust. Thinking critically in real time. Developing relationships with people whose experiences differ from our own. Creating communities where people feel seen, valued, and like they belong.
Technology can make life easier, but it cannot replace the health benefits of authentic human connection.
Join us for an engaging community conversation as we explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping communication, relationships, belonging, and social well-being—and how we can embrace innovation while protecting the human connections that help us thrive.
Together, we'll explore questions like:
- How is AI changing the way we communicate with one another?
- What human skills become even more valuable in an AI-driven world?
- How do we preserve empathy, curiosity, and critical thinking?
- What role will community play in the future of health and well-being?
- How can we intentionally build relationships in an increasingly digital society?
