As the new school year approaches, many young men face unique challenges and anxieties. "Let's Talk About It: Back to School Edition" is designed to provide a supportive and safe space for teenage boys to discuss these issues, share experiences, and find effective coping strategies.

Session Overview:

• Facilitator: Jeremiah Jenkins, a Strength & Conditioning Coach, who has a passion for supporting young men as they strive to navigate issues they face but are unsure how to deal with. Jeremiah's dedication to youth empowerment underscores our commitment to creating supportive environments for all young people.
• Support: Other young men who will assist with the session.
