Let's Talk About Death: Financial Planning

Rev. Sarah Fanning hosts a series of learning and discussion opportunities to help us plan for our eventual death. Bring a bag lunch—we will provide coffee, tea, goodies, the space and an expert to learn from:

• Wednesday, Jan. 28 12-1:30 pm: hospice & palliative care, with guest from Victoria Hospice. Register for this event here.
• Wednesday, Feb. 25 12-1:30 pm: planning your funeral (guest TBA). Register for this event here.
• Wednesday, Mar. 25 12-1:30 pm: wills, power of attorney, and legal matters, with guest Zach Burrill and associate, Family Lawyers. Register for this event here.
• Wednesday, Apr. 29 12-1:30 pm: financial planning with guest Al Dubé (OBUC Treasurer) Wealth, Insurance and Tax Specialist (current event).

Advance registration requested so that we have enough resources to share. There is no cost to attend, but if you would like to make a donation in support of these events, that is greatly appreciated!

We will meet in the OBUC Chapel. Entry is via the kitchen door, at the rear south-east corner of building, behind Gardiner Hall and at the rear of the church parking lot.
