About this Event
You're invited to attend Let's Talk: A Community Mental Health Forum. This semi-annual gathering is designed to create an open and supportive space for discussing mental health topics that matter to our community.
Mental health begins where we live, learn, and connect. Whether it's at home, school, or in the neighborhood, the environments around us shape how we think, feel, and show up for one another. Together, we'll explore:
- How can we strengthen mental health conversations within our families, schools, and communities?
- What tools and habits help create mentally healthy homes?
This teen-led event will feature a panel discussion with youth and adult advocates, followed by interactive conversations where we can share experiences and co-create solutions.
Let's Talk about mental health, together. This event is FREE, but please RSVP to save your spot!
